Return Policy

Return Procedure

For any reason you may return your unwashed, unworn, and unused masks by the following steps:

  1. Send us images of the masks you received. Reference your order number. Email us at support@stealthmaskusa.com. Please include a brief description. A support representative will contact you within 24 hours.
  2. You may also call us directly at 1-855-474-1507. One of our sales representatives will help resolve the issue. Please note we require all return requests to be emailed to support@stealthmaskusa.com.


Return Window

When an error has been confirmed, we will make every attempt to promptly redo the order. We will process the redo order exactly as you had originally requested minus any errors that we made. We will not change the product, logos, artwork, or the imprint colors when processing the redo.

The order will be exactly made as per original order details rectifying the errors only. We will send remake orders within 7-10 business days.


Refund Method

You may return your unwashed, unworn, and unused masks for a full refund. Simply ship your order back to our warehouse. Our address is listed on our Contact Us page. Please note you must cover all shipping expenses. We recommend ground shipping. Once we have confirmed the return and the issue, we will issue you a refund which will be present on your payment method within 3-5 business days.

Our reusable 100% poly-knitted masks are durable and long lasting. For your safety, Stealth Masks are designed to stretch and be worn comfortably across your mouth and face. No matter what happens, we will cover your Stealth Mask product with our UNLIMITED WARRANTY! If your mask gets damaged, cut, stretched, or even lost we will replace it. Our mission is to keep you safe at all times and we are here to help.

Simply message us on our live chat, call us, or email us your order number and state the reason for the replacement and we'll help resolve your concerns immediately.

If you would like a refund, simply mail us back your unwashed, unworn, and unused mask in the original packaging in which it was received in and we'll issue you a full refund. Please note we cannot issue refunds on used, damaged, or lost masks.
