Where are these shipped from?
We are shipping all of our custom polyester masks from our local warehouse in Houston, Texas.

When will my order be delivered?
We ship all submitted orders in less than 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Due to overwhelming demand, masks may not be available for rush delivery options. If this is the case, we will notify you immediately. We are updating our website delivery dates daily based on in-stock inventory and demand. Rest assured, we will deliver your order on time. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Houston, Texas.

How do you have these masks in stock?
All masks are custom made by our highly experienced Design Team. Each mask is restocked weekly to fulfill all orders on time. We are constantly making updates and improving our masks, as well as ordering more to make sure you receive them on time.

What is the refund policy?
You may return your unwashed, unworn, and unused masks for a full refund. Simply ship your order back to our warehouse. Our address is listed on our Contact Us page. Please note you must cover all shipping expenses. We recommend ground shipping. Once we have confirmed the return and the issue, we will issue you a refund which will be present on your payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that we cannot issue refunds on any worn, damaged, or lost masks. However, we offer an UNLIMITED WARRANTY that protects your masks in case if they are damaged. All masks are made in China.

What sizes are available?
We offer Adult and Youth sizes. With our adjustable ear loop and comfortable polyester mesh fit, one size fits all for adults and children of all ages.

We absolutely do! Our goal is to provide masks to everyone, especially those that need them the most. Please let us know the reason for your order and we will prioritize your order accordingly.

How do you clean these masks?
All masks can be rewashed by hand or machine and be reused.
